Sophia Shnapp is an Impact Director with EarthPercent, FUTR Earth and the Wisdom Keepers Delegation, leading projects at the intersection of culture, music, and systemic change. From shaping climate policy with the European Commission, UNEP, and the World Bank, to pioneering CultureCOP and the Culture & Climate Map, Sophia harnesses culture and imagination to spark collective awakening and transformation. She also serves on the Boards of Evoca Foundation and the Culture & Entertainment Pavilion.
