Dan Cohen is an educator, translator and cultural thinker, based on Ibiza for several decades. He is the only English language speaker to have studied, in depth, the traditional folk tales of Ibiza, originally collected in the early 1900’s by the Balearic folklorist Joan Castelló Guasch. Cohen also curates ‘Charlas, grandes Ideas’, a cycle of talks on culture, politics, philosophy and ecology at the Biblioteca ses Figueretes.
